Allie Larkin has returned to her sleepy hometown of Mystic Bay to heal a broken ankle that has sidelined her from her position as prima ballerina in Boston. Luckily, she’s able to land in her Aunt Gully’s welcoming arms, and is put to work right away at the Lazy Mermaid Lobster Shack, the family seafood joint right on the bay. Aunt Gully’s lobster rolls are some of the best in New England, and she has a chance to prove it at the Lobster Festival hosted by the YUM cooking network. Aunt Gully is excited to compete against some of the most famous seafood chefs in the country, and the celebrity judges have everyone in town abuzz.

But when the judges take their first bite of the famous Godlobster roll from Kahuna’s, the rival seafood shack in town, they all immediately fall ill, and one dies on the scene. It’s clear that this was no food poisoning, and that foul play is to blame. Allie is determined to get to the bottom of who the real target was, and who could be so diabolical to put four people in grave danger.
