In 1976, Charlotte faced a decision—choose a different life with her new love Sam or stay to raise her young daughters Connie and Reesy. Charlotte chose Sam and for years Connie and Reesy lived separate lives away from each other. Soon they learned of the other's existence, reconnecting to build an unshakeable bond.
