About the Author

New York Times bestseller Gayle Lynds is the award-winning author of ten international espionage novels, including The Assassins, The Book of Spies, and The Last Spymaster. Library Journal says she’s “the reigning queen of espionage fiction.” Lee Child claims she’s “today’s best espionage writer.”

A member of the Association for Former Intelligence Officers, she has worked at a think tank where she had Top Secret security clearance.

She and David Morrell are cofounders and former copresidents of International Thriller Writers, which creates ThrillerFest every July in New York City.
