Steven Spriggs was born in 1982 in Southern Ohio, where he still lives. He is a high school mathematics teacher at a small rural school. Steven has been published in mathematical journals; however, Draconigena is his first mainstream book. He set out to write a story that would capture the imagination of his students, encourage them to read, and encourage them to follow their dreams.
