Alicia Rasley has written romance fiction since childhood, and Regencies since adolescence. She has won awards including the RITA for best Regency romance, and her women's fiction novel, The Year She Fell, was for a short time (like four minutes) the #1 Kindle best-selling book. Her Regency novels are currently being sold on Amazon Kindle, and her next women's fiction novel, The Ex-Widow, is due out from Bell Bridge Books in 2013.

Her husband Jeff, a retired attorney, is also a published writer. One of their sons is training to be a military officer, and the other is a production assistant in Hollywood.
