Riikka Pulkkinen (Tampere, 8 juli 1980) is an author from Finland. Her debut novel Raja was published in 2006 and was one of the most celebrated debut novels in Finland that year. The main themes of the novel were euthanasia and forbidden relationships.

In the fall of 2010 Pulkkinen published her second novel Totta. The novel is about death, family and relativity of memories and truth.
