Although born and raised near San Francisco California, I currently live a few miles south of Hadrian’s Wall in Northumberland, United Kingdom along with my husband, three children, two dogs, two cats, assorted ducks and hens, and beehives. When not writing or doing research, I tend my rather overgrown acre of garden, walk and do needlework.
