“Chasing Happy” is a sepia-toned love story about a small town boy who tries punching above his weight class after meeting Mahalia Gaines – the love of his life. With an assist from B.B. King and Kenny Rogers – young Parky Parker lays it all on the line - or at least the train tracks – in an effort to get Mahalia’s attention long enough to let her know how he feels.

Populated with a cast of uniquely small town characters “Chasing Happy” is a story about love and friendship, and a slightly burnt iguana.
