Tiki Barber grew up in Roanoke, Virginia, where he wore #22 for the Cave Spring Vikings, playing alongside his brother, Ronde. Today he is one of the most versatile and productive players in the NFL, wearing #21 for the New York Giants offense. During the 2004 season he led the entire NFL in yards from scrimmage and made his first Pro Bowl appearance.

Tiki Barber is an advocate for children and reading, and works as a volunteer for the Verizon Literacy Champion program, which promotes reading to children. Publishers Weekly said of Tiki and Ronde Barber's first book, By My Brother's Side, "The Barbers, with help from Robert Burleigh, give a warm focus to the family foundation they believe is instrumental to their successes and their lives." Tiki Barber lives with his wife, Ginny, and sons, Chason and AJ, in New York.
