BEN SANDERS was born in Auckland, New Zealand in 1989. His first three novels, The Fallen (2010), By Any Means (2011), and Only the Dead (2013), were written while he was studying at university, and became New Zealand Fiction Bestsellers. He graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Engineering, and now writes full-time.

In November 2015, Minotaur Books will publish Ben’s U.S. debut, American Blood, the first in a new series featuring ex-NYPD officer Marshall Grade. Ben lives in Auckland, New Zealand, and is currently at work on the next Marshall novel.
