Dr. J. Douglas Beason is the author of fourteen books -- eight with collaborator Kevin J. Anderson, including IGNITION (bought by Universal Studios) and ILL WIND (optioned by 20th Century Fox Studios and ABC) -- as well as two non-fiction books.

Doug currently writes full-time, serves as the Chairman of the Auburn University Wireless Engineering Board of Advisors, and consults.
