Born in Haiti, and raised in Florida, Naghilia Desravines has risen from overwhelming poverty. Having battled social evils like abuse and racism throughout her childhood, Desravines has striven to become a dynamic, brilliantly creative businesswoman.

Naghilia was raised by a grandfather who instilled in her strong family values, empathy, and a respect for relationships. As a young uneducated child, Desravines understood the importance of education to help break the endless cycle of poverty, and doggedly pursued her Master’s degree in psychology, making her place in the world as a creative entrepreneur, and an author.

Cold Hearted is her first novel.
