Crescent Dragonwagon, the author of Passionate Vegetarian and Dairy Hollow House Soup & Bread Cookbook, many children’s books, and two novels, was once innkeeper/chef at the acclaimed Dairy Hollow House in Eureka Spring, Arkansas. She now lives, writes, and bakes cornbread near Saxtons River, Vermont.
