Gerry Bartlett lives in Texas, halfway between Houston and Galveston. When she’s not working on her Real Vampires series, she keeps busy treasure hunting for her antique business on the historic Strand in the island city. She loves vintage purses, old books and jewelry and keeps way too much of it.

Gerry loves chocolate and hates exercise and has the pounds to prove it. When she decided to write about vampires, she put herself in that situation, making her heroine curvy, bloating the day she was turned four hundred years ago. Too bad about the liquid diet, but losing the sit-ups and wrinkle cream would be a great pay-off.
