Dylan Hart is second in command of Special Defense Force (SDF), a group of black ops warriors that specializes in doing the Department of Defense's undercover dirty work, and he's the boss of those who operate out of Steele Street in Denver. Lately, he's been avoiding his office as much as possible because of Skeeter Bang, a young, street-smart punk who's grown into an irresistibly sexy woman the past few years she's been at Steele Street. Dylan's attraction to Skeeter gets stronger every time he's around the office, and he can't keep his mind off of her when he's not there.
