Belinda King is ready to get on with her life after her husband, son, and son-in-law were killed in a tragic buggy accident almost two years ago. THE ROBIN’S GREETING is the third book in Wanda E. Brunstetter’s Amish Greenhouse Mysteries series. It can be read as a stand-alone, as Ms. Brunstetter does an excellent job of filling in the happenings of the past few years throughout the story. This delightful story gives us a beautiful glimpse into the life of a typical Amish family in Strasburg, Pennsylvania. It also gives us a look at how their English neighbors across the street view their simple life. The characters are all very realistic and the storyline moves along at a moderate pace, with each character giving us an introspective view of their thoughts and feelings throughout the narrative. I highly recommend reading this book, but don’t miss out on the others in this series. Ms. Brunstetter is a prolific author and has written many charming books about the Amish lifestyle.
