The banter between Daisy and Theo makes the book. He’s wronged her and she’s not willing to let him forget it. Her entire life changed because of one comment from a boy. Daisy’s always known she wasn’t beautiful, but she trained herself not to care what society says about her. She has a plan for her future, a plan that involves brains and not beauty. Theo has always disappointed this father, but he’s not without some talents. He’s stunned to learn that he and Daisy make a good team, but he’s flabbergasted when he catches himself becoming attracted to her. A wonderful feminist romance with a brainy heroine with a sharp tongue and a handsome rogue with a hidden heart. Book 3 can’t come soon enough!
