Finding Tanner really wasn't that hard, what was near impossible was getting him to agree to her help, but then strange kidnappings begin happening in the area. He fears for Zarina, and knows that he must control the animal in himself or lose the only woman he could ever love -- or who could love the man he is today.

X-OPS EXPOSED is another thrilling addition to author Paige Tyler's "X-Ops" series. In each book, this one being number eight, they all deal with one couple and situations that involve danger and intrigue. This is Tanner and Zarina's story and is one I have hoped for since Tanner was introduced. He and she are perfect for each other, both selfless, protective and supportive and when he tried to push her away and run, she simply followed. Right in the middle of danger where others were being kidnapped ... but I can say no more as I feel a spoiler alert beeping. Suffice it to say that the X-Ops people are not done yet even though as the title suggests they are exposed to the world and the DCO is about to be hit with fall-out that only Ms. Tyler can control.

I would add a personal note that new readers might want to read these books in order as they follow a particular arc and might be a bit hard to understand for those who are jumping in at this point. X-OPS EXPOSED is action packed and highly enjoyable but some of the nuances might be lost out of order. But since they are all amazing books, reading them all is no hardship.

If you want sweet, steamy, a number of serious twists and turns, mad scientist who are dealing with genetic experimentation, energetic characters who have everyday life problems mixed in with very big paranormal difficulties and you have X-OPS EXPOSED.
