THE LADY HELLION is the third book in the Wicked Deceptions series, it can be read as a stand-alone but it is better to read the first two books and then this one. THE LADY HELLION is historical, but has elements of romantic suspense. The hero and the heroine are totally different from what I read about them in the first two books. Lord Quint was an intelligent and strong secondary character but in this book he is a weak hero who doesn't always make wise decisions. Lady Sophie is different too; she is reckless and keeps putting herself in dangers, going out almost every night as a gentleman and visits the brothels all the time. I must say that I love when the heroines are brave and dress up as gentlemen usually to visit men's club or brothels once or twice, but not every night especially when she encounters dangers and threats.

Joanna Shupe is an excellent writer, I really enjoyed her Wicked Deceptions series.
