There is no shortage of strong men and women who are passionate about life and love. Palmer's characters are bold, brazen, sexy and stubborn to a fault. WYOMING STRONG is no exception to Palmer's exquisite handling of odd couples and odd coupling. Simply enjoyment at its best.

Sara and Wolf are like two magnets repelling each other at every chance and yet they can't get out of each other's way. Perhaps its fate that keeps throwing them together. Or could it be kismet. As a diehard romantic I prefer to think of the coming together of Sara and Wolf as kismet.

Steamy looks, wind blowing kisses and tender moments are abounding between these two people. Both Sara and Wolf harbor dark secrets. Secrets that candidly have shaped who they are and how they relate to people. Each of them has great issues with the opposite sex.

Wolf initially treats and speaks to Sara with such venom that it's a wonder that she doesn't treat him with the same disgust. But that's the irony of this relationship. Wolf treats Sara so harshly that he spends a great deal of time flailing himself for doing so. And yet he can't seem to temper his reaction. He has superimposed his anger for another woman on this beautiful young woman who crumbles under his scrutiny.

Sara on the other hand starts to realize she is attracted to Wolf and this mystifies her. Her history with men is filled with danger and violence. There is nothing warm and fuzzy about Wolf. So why does he make her feel things that she thought impossible given her history.

Magnets -- tug and pull -- feeding off each other's insecurities, basically making each other very unhappy and yet needing the stolen moments that are good -- even if they are short and infrequent.

Wolf lives in a dangerous world. It's not until this world starts to intrude into his private life and most especially Sara that he begins to realize just how important this young woman has become.

Fans of Diana Palmer will certainly enjoy WYOMING STRONG. It's a fast read with many absolutely delightful moments of love and laughter. WYOMING STRONG definitely stands on its own and makes a welcome addition to the entire Wyoming Men series. Palmer combines some of my favorite elements in these stories. Ranches, mercenaries, independent strong intelligent woman and men who need a wakeup call. Yep my favorites all right.
