Grant MacKenzie is a cousin of the original MacKenzie brothers. Grant unlike his brother wants to settle down. Grant has seen how happy his cousins are and wants some of that for himself. The problem is the woman he wants to share his life with is still busy enjoying the single life or so he believes. While spending Christmas with his family he can't take much more of their happiness and children so he decides to go for a walk. While out he sees Annabeth, the woman he quietly loves skating on the lake.

Annabeth is quietly contemplating her life and doesn't see the thin ice signs and falls though the water. Seeing her fall Grant runs to her rescue, spends Christmas Eve keeping her warm and trying to save her life. As she wakes and realizes whose arms she is in, she finally tells him what she too has felt for a long time.

MACKENZIE CHRISTMAS is a beautiful love story that gives those who have been waiting hope and maybe the inspiration to speak up and ask that some special out. The love and playfulness of the Mackenzie's is always enjoyable to read and watching one who actually wants to be married find love even better. Liliana Hart has many more MacKenzie stories in her and that is good for readers of romance everywhere. MACKENZIE CHRISTMAS is warm, sexy and a great read by Liliana Hart.
