Katie McCloud has been raised with five older brothers and a father, all involved in special ops and government trysts. Performing a C-section with artillery firing and special op units hunting them down, the mother dies and leaves Alex and Katie to run for their lives with the infant, whom they have named Dawn. Hiding in caves, dodging explosives, and finding a way to feed and care for an infant while trekking the mountainous range is a challenge . Alex is in reality the son of a loyal Russian spy, Peter Koronov, with only one goal; to enlist his son as a spy following in his footsteps. Alex has a colorful background and is highly trained to cope with what lies ahead. They are striving to keep alive while trying to decipher which group, CIA, Russians, etc. are intent on killing them and for what purpose. Once in Washington D.C. circumstances only escalate and keeps them running for their lives. Even through the horror surrounding them, Katie is tutored in the fine art of boiling hot sex by a pro.

If it's excitement and fast paced terror you crave, CLOSE PURSUIT is the one for you. I was glued to my seat with all the suspense. There is no way on this earth that I can relay the action packed sizzle throughout this story. Not to be outdone by action, also some of the most sizzling, hot sex CLOSE PURSUIT will definitely keep you on your toes every second and keep you wired waiting for the next shoe to drop.

CINDY DEES is an amazing author and I am so impressed with her story telling and smoking hot hero and heroine. CLOSE PURSUIT is the first I have had the pleasure to read but will absolutely NOT be the last.
