HER HIGHNESS AND THE HIGHLANDER is book two of the Princess Brides series. is a seductive yet often charming read about a young Princess Mercedes and the swoon worthy Highlander, Daniel MacKinnon. The story is very well written and is easily read as a stand alone book. As a reader with a soft spot for the Scottish Highlands, I must admit that the author left me feeling a bit charmed at the conclusion of the book. The imagery of the Highland landscape is very well written and Tracy Anne Warren certainly knows how to turn up the heat between the leading characters! I will most certainly pick up the rest of the series and look forward to reading more from this author.
