SMOKIN' HOT FIREMEN is a compilation of scorching short stories written by 17 different authors and edited by Delilah Devlin. With the limited space for reviews there is no way I can do justice for all of the stories so I will give a short synopsis and a quick review for those that specifically caught my eye.

Smoking Stilettos by Rachel Firasek: A wife finds out it isn't just the adrenaline that keeps her firefighter husband going. A hot yet insightful look into the real life of a firefighter from the wife's point of view.

Hook Me Up by Adele Dubois has a fireman rescuing a scantily dressed woman and a kitten from a tree and the flame is fanned. I found this a sweet, romantic story with a lot of heat.

Temperature Rising by Cathryn Fox: A firefighters aids in the fantasies of a married woman. This is a romantic, sexy read with an unexpected (or maybe expected) twist at the end.

Chasing Fire by Elle James: A parajumper goes into a full blown fire fight with more on his mind that fighting a fire and the distraction could put his life in jeopardy. Interesting look into a woman's fears of loving someone who puts his life on the line and her coming to terms with them.

Stoke by Tahira Iqbal: When Aida's car catches fire and blows up she finds firefighter Nick and he certainly knows how to take care of a woman. This story has a very strong mix of romance and burning sex that will have the reader wanting more.

Something's Burning by Cynthia D'Alba: Bree can't grill worth a darn but she knows how to start a fire with the firefighter next door. Hot and spicy but with a touch of humor that will delight the reader.

Johnny Blaze by Delilah Devlin: Bridget thinks she is celebrating her birthday at a strip club with her friends only to have the hot firefighter of her dreams sent her up in flame. This story almost caught on fire as I read it. It's a wild mixture of domination and desperation.

SMOKING HOT FIREMEN is filled with erotic stories that will leave you breathless. Some of them you will wish were longer and others are just right. About half of the stories are straight erotica and the other half readers will find a romantic undertone. I believe any one reading this will find a least one story and probably more to their liking. They are all are filled with hot fire fighters who will keep you dreaming of flames and rescues.
