Sam Rutherford has had a tendency of being on his own since his fiancée's death in a fall, but he had spent one night that he can't forget, no matter how hard he tries. Coming face-to-face with Hope isn't helping but he knows if she goes up to that site he will have to go with her. As they hurry to the crash site they both realize that the sparks are still sizzling. And though neither of them is comfortable with each other, what they find has them having to put their trust in each other.
FREEFALL is a tension filled action packed thriller with flawed but realistic characters that just will not let you put it down. This complex book has a dual storyline for the two sisters and the unexpected romance both find. Hope and Sam find each other and deal with pasts that still haunt each of them and Faith learns who she really is. I was intrigued by the way the past was worked through with each person facing their guilt or fears and opening up to the fact that they too deserve happiness. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and hope to read more of this genre by the author, Jill Sorenson.
