Once I started THE SECRET OF ELLA AND MICHA, it was impossible for me to stop. Like a noose, it grabbed me and never let go. Sorensen expertly portrays two broken people with personal issues that hit you right in your heart. Creating that bond between reader and characters is difficult, but with Sorensen's novels, I always fall deeply in love with the characters. Ella and Micha are absolutely amazing.

Ella used to be a rule-breaker but since moving away, she has learned to control herself and become someone entirely different. Part of the challenge for Micha is to try to coax that fiery personality out, but Ella's use of control relates to how able she is to keep herself together. In a story of trust, loyalty and passion, Micha and Ella have become one of my favorite fictional couples. It's impossible not to get lost in their passion and love.

A secondary romance between Ethan, Micha's best friend and Lila, Ella's college roommate is hinted at in this book and it only makes me want their story more! Sorensen's romances are some of the best I've read. So there is no question that she is now on my auto buy author list!

THE SECRET OF ELLA AND MICHA is flawlessly written. Sorensen brings together richly nuanced characters, an emotional plot and a moving romance that makes reading Ella and Micha's story pure magic.
