Sally, had been rescued by the shifters of Wolf Town, after having been traumatized by shifters who thought her being a lone wolf meant they could do with her as they wished. She preferred to keep to herself, but when the alpha asks her to check out the situation of the boy and Zach, she agrees. RUNNING FREE is a complex paranormal that is fast paced with a lot of action and emotional turmoil that lets readers watch a couple of broken shifters find love and acceptance. The author [Jorrie Spencer] put together a compelling storyline that lets readers have enough background on who is who without unnecessary verbiage that could have bogged down the pace. I look forward to more thrilling books by this author.
