James' trademark wit shimmers through this delightful tale of love found in the most unlikely of places, a marriage bed left cold for fourteen years. It is a joy that she takes the time and effort to satisfy readers' questions about characters mentioned in her main books, the smaller novellas she writes are a welcome taste of her fairy tale series between the main volumes. I greedily snap up anything she publishes  and I am certain I am not alone in that. SEDUCED BY A PIRATE provides a suitable introduction to Eloisa James' work if you are new to her always entertaining stories.
