The love story between Clary and Jace is the grandest of all love stories in the young adult world. They have literally battled against evil on a daily basis. Sometimes the evil even comes from within themselves. They have honestly had major trouble trying to be together. This is the kind of love story that people will remember for years and years to come. I just can't seem to get enough of them.

A major breakout character in this book is Simon. He is really coming into his own and becoming the man/supernatural that he was meant to be. I would not be disappointed at all if Clare decided to write a spin-off series based completely around Simon. There is still so much of him left to discover.

If you haven't already heard, these books are being made into a series of movies. The first film will be coming out sometime in 2013, so you better run out and get these books before then! The entire series is phenomenal but each book seems to get better and better.
