Now into book seventeen with her Argeneau series, Lynsay Sands' THE LADY IS A VAMP takes us in a darker direction than the normally humorous and light-hearted fare she provides. I love that Sands is always changing things up in her book because it keeps the series going without readers losing interest. Though this book is a bit darker, with the storyline of a dying child, it's still very much Sands at her best. Full of romance, action and heartbreak, THE LADY IS A VAMP is another riveting read that's not to be missed. I can't wait until the next book in the series to see what new surprises Sands has in store for us.
