Zora Grey realizes they will get more than they expect when they seek thrills from which they have been warned away, so she travels to save them, but she arrives too late and has to pay the price for her intended rescue. Whit holds her fate in his hands, and he wants to know her secrets. She has to decide whether or if she wants to help a man who would knowingly place his soul on the line for gain, and she isn't sure whether her desire for him clouds her judgment.

DEVIL'S KISS is a fiery start to what looks to be a great series, DEVIL'S KISS presents the age-old dilemma of "you better be careful what you wish for," as you just might get it. Although the characterization and descriptions are excellent, Zora's character is truly exceptional and interesting, making the book worth reading. The set up for future books in the series makes DEVIL'S KISS worthwhile, but one might try to read slowly, or you'll just want the next book to be published immediately!
