Max refuses to leave Ellie until she is safe and shows up at her home to protect her until the wedding is over and she returns to St Louis. Neither can deny their attraction and hot sexual urges as they are thrown together. Dodging bullets and two killers planning to end her life, Ellie takes control in the fight of her life.

An exciting thriller full of action, topped with true dedication and love between two people of unlikely backgrounds and visions. Ellie is a terrific, compassionate woman as well as an exceptionally brilliant surgeon. The hunky virile Agent is just what Ellie needs. As usual, Julie Garwood has created another outstanding tale of suspense and thrills while keeping the imagination running with the fire hot sexual appetites of the characters. If ever there was one, this is a real page turner.

Book Summary
