Gwen Austin is finally moving forward after the loss of her husband a few years ago from cancer. Finding the job as a Wedding Planner is fulfilling and just up her alley with the all the organization involved. Gwen is preparing for her first theme wedding in the Greek islands traveling on a Greek Cruise which is exciting and nerve racking to say the least. Gwen is a stickler for order, chaos is not something Gwen handles well so when the scheduled Cruise Director is replaced at the last minute Gwen can't help but to hyperventilate. Santo Michaelides promises to not let her down and he will do what ever he can to keep all of her plans for the bride and groom on schedule. Little does he know that her inability to breath is just as much the sparks flying between them as the change in plans.

Kendra lost that case, which is her only loss, but her sixth sense that something was wrong about it never left her. Now being in a romantic atmosphere with the man of her fantasies, knowing she ruined his life is down right depressing except those sparks are now brighter than ever.

HEAT WAVES, is a anthology that spins off from two of Susan Lyon previous books (which are as hot as this title) Sex on the Beach and Sex on the Slopes. The characters are fun and involved with steamy scenes and enough back story to keep you interested in the outcome. A fun and hot read.
