The terrifying legend of the Cyrprian Queen, a dark goddess, is a mystery Emma pursues with the mysterious Valerian, a half-made brat of a vampire, her cousin Sebastian and Father Luke. Shriving those having been bitten to save them from becoming an undead is part of Emma's calling with the help of her friends. Together they weave their web to uncover the evil hold that Dracula and his followers have kept alive throughout the centuries.
