Although steamy romances, Gerard's works always present likable characters with goals and purpose. The women are dedicated and strong; they work just as hard as the men to achieve their goals, excellent characteristics for any genre. Like others in her Black Ops, Inc. series, these works do not necessitate reading the others, but when people finish RISK NO SECRETS, they will certainly want to!
