Talorc has already been given a woman to wed once before and with this new woman being forced on him he is no happier than he was before. Both Abigail and Talorc each hold a secret and each is afraid to tell the other of that secret. Talorc hides his wolf at all costs and Abigail fears that if he finds out that she has gone deaf from a childhood fever that he will not want her and abandon her, just as her family has done to her. Only one person still cares for her and she longs to see her sister. Knowing that she does not judge her as everyone else does just because she has lost her hearing.

The bond of trust that grows between Abigail and Talorc is a wonderful read. Their trust grows into a love that they will fight for, as it seems to be tested at every turn. In MOON CRAVING Lucy Monroe writes a wondrous story that brings the reader into a whole other world full of fierce warriors and scheming enemies. While this book is part of a series it revolves around the two main characters and can be read as a stand-alone. I enjoyed Talorc and his seduction of Abigail. He is a strong Alpha male who loves with his whole heart and will do anything for those he cares about. Abigail is a strong woman who has overcome many things and takes on whatever life throws in her path. This story was a great read and I am definitely looking forward to the next book in this series.
