A TALE OF TWO DEMON SLAYERS is the third book in Angie's Fox's Demon Slayer series. Reluctant demon slayer Lizzie is off to Greece to meet her hunky shape-shifting boyfriend's family. However right from the start it turns into anything but the relaxing vacation she was hoping for. Someone has stolen part of her life essence, and she needs to get it back before they do something bad with it...like turn it into an evil doppelganger. As usual, Lizzie has to rely on help from her grandmother's crazy biker witch coven, her talking dog, and her overprotective (but gorgeous) boyfriend Dimitri. Add an obsessed ex-fiancé, an eccentric necromancer, and a baby dragon into the mix and she soon finds herself needing a vacation from her vacation.

If you didn't read the first two books in this series, then it can be a little confusing keeping track of the characters and how they got where they are at the start of the book. It's not necessary to read the others first, but it might make the book a little more enjoyable. If you have read the others and like them, then this one won't disappoint you. It has the same crazy characters and similar outrageous story-line. There is never a dull moment as Lizzie and her posse fight demons, imps, and other evil entities. There are quite a few laugh-out-loud moments and a couple of hot sex scenes as well.

The nonstop action and quirky characters are what make this book worth reading. It can be a little-over-the top at times, but is perfect if you're looking for an escape from real life. Lizzie wears on me a little with her neuroticism and insecurity, but the fierce Dimitri and hilarious biker witches make up for it. I find the series similar in style (although not quite as good as) Stephanie Rowe's Immortally Sexy series. If you're looking for a funny paranormal romp with a little heat and lots of action, this book is for you.
