Lynn Romano manages a horse farm for the wealth Mrs. Hunt. When the pride of their stables refuses to board the trailer, Lynn decides to ride him home. But she never reaches there. The police are convinced that the handyman, Joe, is responsible for Lynn's disappearance. Lynn and Joe were involved.

When Katie disappears while searching for Lynn, Joe finds himself in even more trouble. His search of Gordath Wood leads him to a gun-running operation.

What none of them know is that the Wood is a pathway between two worlds. Lynn and Katie find themselves in a medieval society which doesn't have much use for women -- there is a war brewing.

The story goes back and forth between the adventures of Lynn and Katie in the alternate world and between Joe's adventures in the modern world. Mrs. Hunt will pave the way for Joe to avoid being convicted of murder and open a path to a world he could never have imagined.

The portal in the Wood was opened and now events are happening that may lead to the destruction of both worlds. Mrs. Hunt, Joe, Lynn, and Katie will make decisions that will alter their lives forever.

GORDATH WOOD is s fascinating tale which outlines the dilemma faced by women in a patriarchal society and their abilities to cope with the disasters thrown their way.

Book Summary

Worlds collide in Gordath Wood.

Something strange is happening in Gordath Wood, the old woods surrounding a training stable called Hunter’s Chase. The police think Lynn Romano and Kate Mossland have been murdered, but what actually occurred is much stranger. They’ve gone through a hole between worlds, into a medieval society at war. In a world that doesn’t ordinarily have use for women, the danger is great—good thing Lynn and Kate aren’t your ordinary women.
