Developer Parker Holt has a knack for making enemies. When he's found murdered, police suspect an employee of Jo's good friend Dan. Small-town characters abound in this charming mystery. With a plethora of suspects, Jo has her hands full trying to narrow down the suspect list while running her business. Her craft store regulars assist in digging up nuggets of information that may add up to a motive for murder. Add in wondering if her MIA landlord will sell the building out from under her and Jo is being pulled in all directions.
STRING OF LIES is the second story in the Craft Corner mystery series. Filled with craft tips, this mystery is an enjoyable tale. Jo and her friends make pleasant companions as well as quick-witted sleuths. With just a hint of a possible romance, this series promises to grow even more intriguing as it goes on.
