Shari Afton is a kennel owner in rural Oregon, where she trains dogs. Her newest customer is sexy, mysterious Maco Durant, a cattle rancher from Wyoming, who wants to purchase two of her Dobermans. Shortly before her arrival, Shari is shot by an unseen assailant, possible a poacher, and an armed Maco comes to her rescue. Clearly he knows his way around guns, horses...and women.
