Simone Sheridan's life has never been easy. A momentary gift of happiness in her complicated life has been her marriage to prominent lawyer, Reese Sheridan. It seems, however, that Simone has too many secrets she chooses not to share and Reese can't tolerate this any longer.

Simone's reluctance to sign the divorce papers comes to a crashing halt as her past assaults her. Simone has no other option but to flee for her life. As an ex-CIA operative, part of a secret sub-sector of the CIA, she's received instructions to meet up with her team. The team is only pulled out of retirement if their covers have been compromised, so this is not good news.

Timing is everything. Unfortunately, Simone's brother-in- law is visiting when the danger arrives and she's forced to take the wounded man with her as she escapes the spray of bullets. Soon Reese follows up leads and discovers their hiding place. Danger, always a half-step away, requires the brothers to join Simone as she travels to the coordinated meeting site.

EYE OF THE STORM is an action-filled, stimulating story. Page after page, the players discover they have unfortunately moved into a tighter and more dangerous environment. The pressure builds to an explosive crescendo where the storm of action can only erupt into a surprising outcome. Davis creates an exciting, thrilling experience for readers.
