DANGEROUSLY BROKEN is the second book in Eden Bradley's latest series. This book gives readers Jamie and Summer's story. Jamie promised to watch over Summer when her brother passed away. Summer has always loved Jamie but she has come to realize that he may not be the one for her. It has been years and he still pushes her away so she decides to move on with her life. Yet as fate would have it Jamie sees Summer at a club enjoying the dark things that he does and he finally decides to make his move. But could it be too late? Has Summer truly given up on her love for him?

Summer and Jamie's story is full of emotions. The two have a past and it only intensifies their feelings. Jamie must decide if he will act on his feelings for Summer or continue to stand back and only long for what he thinks that he cannot have. As their relationship heats up, we also get to see the depth of both Summer and Jamie.

It was nice to see Jamie fight his way to a happy ending. He must work hard to find a peaceful medium between his promise and his emotions. Summer longs for something more but knows that everyone eventually leaves her. She may have an attraction to Jamie and her body responds, but she finds it hard to make her mind and heart work together. Watching their relationship grow stronger and deeper made for a wonderful read.

DANGEROUSLY BROKEN is a great addition to this series. It brings readers a world full of emotions as well as sexual tension and pleasure. As the two find their way through their past and pain, they find a world full of pleasure and love. DANGEROUSLY BROKEN progresses at a nice pace and I was quickly immersed in watching Jamie and Summer's love unfold.
