Raphael "Rafe" Rodriguez is part of a ranching family consisting of 4 brothers and 1 sister. Rafe's mother is deceased and his father, Miguel Sr., is the backbone of the family. All siblings are part owner of the ranch in the small Texas town of Forever. Rescuing a strange woman from a charging bull in his field is the beginning of his acquaintance with Valentine "Val" Jones. Val is scouting locations for a romantic comedy movie in which her ex- actress mother is now a successful casting director. I have read many of Marie Ferrarella's books and loved this one just as much as the others. She has a genuine knack for keeping the reader interested and involved in the characters and their emotional feelings. I anxiously await her next release in September.
