Olivia is now a Fallen Angel after failing to complete her first mission as a Warrior Angel. She is a joy giver at heart but when her wings change to the warrior colors, she is given no choice but to train as a Warrior Angel -- an assassin. Her first mission turns out to be extremely difficult; by summoning then aiding a demon's escape from Hell, Aeron, Lord of the Underworld becomes destined for death by her hand. She makes a life-changing decision and refuses to complete her task. For punishment, Olivia is thrown into Hell, her wings ripped from her body, leaving her to dig her way out to Aeron hoping he will save her. Unfortunately, Aeron wants nothing to do with Olivia, threatening to send her into town alone and unprotected.

Aeron, Lord of the Underworld, keeper of the demon Wrath, sees the evil an individual bestows on others and unleashes his demon to murder the killers and beat the abusers. The control of his demon isn't easy. There are times when he loses his precious control, then no one is safe. Aeron finds refuge with his fellow lords, a place to call home for both himself and his pet demon, Legion. When Aeron hears his name called by a woman crawling dangerously on fortress grounds, he thinks she is bait sent by the Hunters to capture him. Aeron knows she needs help, the woman is only calling out to him, and his need to assist her is irresistible. Aeron snatches her up and does the unthinkable: he flies her into his room, possibly endangering everyone around him without even knowing who she is.

It is impossible to choose a favorite among the Lords of the Underworld, but Aeron's story is full of passion and completely enthralling, moving him to the top of my list. Absolutely yummy!
