Tiffany Warren hs put a fresh and illuminating spin on Christian fiction set in the African-American church. THE BISHOP'S DAUGHTER offers a realistic look at what salvation truly is and some of the challenges young adults face in learning to live saved. Telling the story from a male perspective added a dimension not explored enough in this genre. Throwing in the protagonist's hilarious blog posts made this story a hoot. I laughed and kept reading way into the wee hours of the night, unwilling or unable to separate myself from Darrin's antics until the story ended. I've already emailed the author to put in my personal plea for a sequel.
