A year ago, CeeCee had to make the decision of staying with her husband or starting a new life with Special Agent Michael Hagerman. THE DEVIL'S CLOSE is jam-packed with mystery, suspense, romance and much, much more. A perfect combination of elements kept this reader's nose between the pages. I really like debut author Stacy Dittrich's style of writing. Drawing on her personal experiences as a deputy sheriff and detective specializing in sexual crimes, her novel is definitely interesting. And I'm looking forward to her next novel due to come out May 2009.
