Delilah Street is a loner orphan living out her dream as an investigative reporter in the wheat lands of Kansas. After the crazy phenomenon of the Millennium Revolution, otherwise known as Y2K, reporting the news is now more challenging than ever. Major computer failure is the least of the problems; after the turn of the century, millions of people have begun to develop supernatural capabilities and werewolves, along with vampires and other creepy creatures, have become a reality.

Delilah decides to leave her current job and take a road trip to Las Vegas where she sees herself lying on a steel slab in a morgue while watching her favorite TV show. She needs to know how someone in Sin City can look exactly like her, right down to her topaz nose ring. Her journey takes her to ground zero of an old war that inspires the use of classic movies and the raw, sexy seduction of the paranormal.

Although at times I had difficulty connecting with the main character, I did look forward to reading about Snow (what an interesting being he is!) and some of the friends Delilah makes during her investigation. What an original take on classic horror and servitude. Wow!!
